Customers are grouped by phone number from their bills and stitching orders.

Accounts

Admin: everything. Staff: bill, hold bills, print labels, view inventory and invoices. Staff never see Reports, Settings, Users, cost prices or stock history, cannot change products or stock, and cannot process returns.

Codes look like PREFIX-CAT-COL-SIZE-NNN, e.g. ANJ-KRT-TEA-M-041. The number only ever increases.
Confirm the current threshold and rates with your CA.

Printing and Numbering

With this on, end the invoice prefix with a slash (e.g. PBB/). Numbering starts again at 0001 every 1 April.

UPI Payments

The UPI ID is the address printed under your shop's QR code. Money goes straight to that account; the app never sees your bank details.

Card Payments

Works with any card machine. Staff key the amount shown into the machine, then note the details from the slip. The full card number is never asked for or stored.

Old sales

For the first days: on a Backdated Bill, admins can add pieces that were sold before the app and aren't in the inventory, with their selling and cost price. Stock isn't changed; the sales and profit show in the reports.

Bill delivery

Order messages can use {name} {no} {store} {link}. {link} is the customer's tracking page.

Placeholders: {name} {store} {no} {date} {total} {items} {link} {foot} {phone}. {link} is a private link to the bill, the same invoice you print; if your message leaves it out, it is added at the end.

Accounts

Add staff logins, reset passwords, disable leavers and read the activity log.

Your Passkeys

Admin sign-in needs a passkey: your fingerprint, face or phone PIN. Add one on each device you use for admin work.

Staff Permissions

The server enforces both. Admins are not limited.

Shop History

A snapshot of stock is saved every morning (9:00 am) and evening (9:30 pm) and kept for 5 days. Open one to see stock and bills as they were then.

Data

Everything is stored in your Cloudflare database, which can be restored to any minute of the last 7 days. Export a JSON copy every week and keep it somewhere safe.
